5 steps for great manifesting results

Here are my tips so that you can get the most out of the new moon energy to attract your desires even faster.

Step-by-step guide:

  1. Declutter: Spring cleaning has always been part of mankind’s habits. We intuitively declutter our house so that fresh energy can come in. Everything we possess holds energy. So take some time to go through your house and clear everything you don’t need anymore and organize the rest. Why? By letting go you send a clear sign to the universe what type of energy you want in your life and what energy you are ready to let go of. Every item in your house holds energy. When you make room for new things, people and experience to come into your life – it is easier for them to actually arrive. It is the intention that you send out, which makes all the difference. Take some time to declutter your thoughts as well! Do some brain housekeeping and let go of all beliefs that no longer serve you.
  2. Clear your energy: Meditate and ask for spirit to remove negative and stagnant energies that you might have picked up along the way. Take a sea salt bath to release toxic energies, clear your chakras through sound, intention or meditation. Let go of relationships and friendships that are draining your energy.
  3. Set goals: Now that you let go of what no longer serves you and you cleared your energy, it is time to get clarity on what you want in your life. Take a pen and paper and make a list of everything you would like to manifest. Whatever it is – a new job, a soulmate relationship, a new apartment, physical healing, financial success, etc.  – get into detail! Make it relevant, clear, give it timelines, how do you want to feel, who do you want to be. Create a moment of peace and time to really tune yourself into the future that you want and to get clear.
  4. Manifesting ritual: Take time for yourself on Friday, get quiet, meditate, ask your guides to support you and find a manifestation ritual that best suits you. Here are some ideas: you can let your wishes go by burning the paper with your goals (safely) letting the smoke carry it out into the universe, you can send the paper out on the water of a lake or a river, you can put it in a nicely decorated box and amplify the power of your manifestation by surrounding it with crystals. Or whatever you come up with. One ritual is not better than the other. Your intention is what counts. So put all your intention into asking for this to come true in your life.
In that moment feel how you have all this already. Feel how your future you feels that has all that you put down on your piece of paper. Feel it, be it, live it. Hold the energy and certainty that it is already yours, because it is. Once you decide that this is what you want, the universe conspires to make it happen. Be sure of that.
  5. Be open to receive: Now you have been clear about what you want and you asked for it. Now keep being open to receive by being happy and in a positive state of expectation. Be sure that it will come to you. Don’t try to control the “how”, yet be open to ideas you get and repetitive thoughts. Take action upon them! It is your guides telling you to move so that they can deliver your desires to you. Don’t make the mistake of thinking that Mr. Right will just knock on your door. No, manifestation puts you, as the creator of your reality, into the driver seat. The universe will bring it to you, but you have to follow it’s lead. Be open for the next 90 days what good comes to you and acknowledge every little thing that is in line with your wishes. This will reassure that this is what you want.

Enjoy this magical time! Take some time to declutter, get quiet and take action upon your hearts desires. This equinox will give you an extra boost. Use it to get powerful and fast shifts in your life.
