Do you see yourself as a manifestor? Do you live by the rules of manifesting?

Do you follow all the manifestation steps:

  • Decluttering
  • Holding the vision
  • Feeling your vision as if that’s already you NOW
  • Surrounding yourself with positivity
  • Taking action steps
  • Dwelling in a state of receiving
    …and still sometimes doubt you are doing it right? Are you not getting the results you wish for?

There are multiple reasons why you are not getting the full benefits of your endeavors.

Today, I would like to talk about awareness.

In order to manifest your desires, you need to be in a constant state of awareness. This means knowing your thoughts and directing them in the desired direction. Knowing crystal clear what your vision is (and not is).
The fastest way to achieve manifesting results is by infusing a thought with a feeling. But the universe doesn’t care what type of feeling and thought you have. The universe sees it as a wish of yours and delivers upon this.

Are you manifesting what you DON’T desire? (…and maybe don’t even know that you are)

  • Do you ever find yourself in situations that are frustrating to you?
  • Do you find yourself in similar situations over and over (that you don’t want)?
  • Do others treat you in way that you don’t like?
  • Do you feel like you are not moving forward?
  • Is it hard for you to infuse your vision with feelings?
  • Is it hard for you to get a vision at all?
  • Is it hard for you to connect to your internal guidance system to get the right next step?
  • Do you try to control the HOW instead of focussing on the WHAT?

I get it – being aware might seem hard, as our thoughts race. In my yoga teacher training I learned that our mind in the best case is like a drunken monkey. Most of the time it is really a drunken monkey on crack. It takes discipline and determination to change your mind.

Thank Goodness there are tools you can use!

  • Affirmations: Affirmations – if used consistently – are a wonderful way to retrain the brain! Whatever you repeat often enough becomes a belief. A belief becomes your character, your character shapes your life, your business, your whole world.
    Just remember what your parents used to repeat when you were little. They could imprint their beliefs in your own brain, because you didn’t know better and thought they know it all. Many of these beliefs will still linger in your mind right now. Yet, now you know it is your decision what you choose to belief.
  • Releasing old beliefs: Sometimes beliefs are really sticky and keep us blocked. It is a challenge to turn around something you have believed all your life. And sometimes aren’t even aware this is holding you back. An Energy Clearing can work wonders and set you up for success. You can clear your Chakras by yourself or ask an Energy Healer to assist you. This boosted the empowerment process for many of my clients!
  • Journaling: As Napoleon Hill in his book “Think and grow rich” and many others suggest: Write down every single day what you desire and read it out loud to yourself. Make it crystal clear with numbers, timelines, what you want to give exactly for receiving this and  see and feel yourself already in the possession of what you desire.
  • Meditation: Oldie but Goodie. Mediation will help you quiet your mind and control your thoughts a lot better. You will find peace and balance. I bet many ideas will come to you as well that are beneficial for manifesting your desires. I also offer a wonderful manifestation meditation that makes it so easy to stick to your desires and feel them fully. You world starts to shift and with every little shift you recognize your dream get infused with more certainty and happiness.
    …to only mention a few. The list goes on.
