4 Mindset Tips for More Love

4 Mindset Tips for More Love

It’s Valentine’s Day.

People are buying presents to show their sweethearts how much they care.

Those that don’t have a partner feel lonelier than ever.
My grandma once told me – “You can also be lonely together”. I think depending on the relationship you’re in, this can be very true.

Let me share with you a few tips to get through Valentine’s Day feeling AMAZING with or without partner by your side:

    1. You are never alone:
You are a part of the infinitely loving energy that created and maintains this cosmos. Every single person and thing is part of this one consciousness. So are you. You can never be alone, even if you tried.
Reconnect to your divine spark by meditating and feeling that you are part of this oneness. I have a few Meditations on my blog. I’ll post the links below this blog post.
    2. Love yourself, first:
I’m sure you’ve heard the saying before that you can only truly love someone else, once you love yourself. This is true in many aspects. You’ll be seen and loved in your authentic expression, once you accept that you are perfect the way you are. You’ll be open to receive love, once you stop believing you are not worthy of having your dream partner. You’ll know what love feels like and stop attracting the ‘wrong’ partners, who hurt you.

    3. Know that divine timing is at work:
Trust that you are right where you need to be in this moment. Maybe you are going through lessons that prepare you for greater love in your life. Maybe you need to shed some old beliefs and soar to meet your partner at a higher energetic level. Maybe you simply need more time for yourself right now, because you are building your business or follow your dreams in some other way. Try to shift your perspective and see your situation from a bigger picture. Trust that as long as you keep moving forward in your life, everything will fall into place at just the right time.
    4. Affirm positive and uplifting beliefs:
Try to turn any worry thoughts or sadness around into positive affirmations. Let it be a game today, to spot your negative self-talk and modify it playfully into soothing and loving thoughts.
Here are some ideas for positive affirmations: I am loved. I deeply and completely love myself. I am complete. I am safe. I am worthy of love and it will arrive in divine timing. I take good care of myself.

How are you taking care of yourself today? What are your self-love rituals? How do you create love from within? Share in the comments below! I love hearing from you!
