Those who should not use Brainwave entrainment include: pregnant women and those who are wear a pacemaker, or are have had or are prone to seizures, are photosensitive, epileptic, whether knowingly or not, should not use this application.

Those who should consult a physician before the use of brainwave entrainment recordings include: individuals under the influence of medication or drugs.

Brainwave entrainment recordings are not to be used while under the influence of alcohol or other mood altering substances, whether they be legal or illegal.

The user of the brainwave entrainment audio assumes all risks in using recordings, waving any claims against Sharon Kirstin and its affiliates for any and all mental or physical injuries. This includes all affirmations audios for mood altering, brain wave states altering, and for self-improvement or motivation. The user also agrees to assume liabilities when allowing other persons access to the brainwave entrainment and meditation audios.

14. The provisions of these Terms of Use are for the benefit of the Company, its subsidiaries, affiliates and its third party content providers and licensors, and each shall have the right to assert and enforce such provisions directly or on its own behalf.

15. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You further submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts sitting in Berlin, Germany.
